2Brothers Moving & Delivery currently has an opportunity for a PART-TIME Recruiter. We are looking for someone who will be able to take ownership of the entire hiring process from start to finish, taking into consideration the outcomes desired and the company culture. 

Role (duties):

Responsible for the entire hiring process from start to finish including the following functions:

  • Develop job descriptions based on requirements provided from the management team.
  • Create job advertisements and post ads on various job boards.
  • Perform recruiting, screening and interviewing functions for all roles. Coordinate final interviews with the hiring team and ensure all position requirements are met.
  • Provide offers to accepted candidates and process initial hiring paperwork.
  • Standardize and develop systems and processes for recruiting, interviewing and hiring.
  • Department Strategic Planning (10%) - Be an active and productive contributor to regular strategic and tactical meetings. Provide support and take ownership of departmental improvement projects.

This role reports to the Regional Manager

The work environment:
You will be performing your job responsibilities from our Office located in Managua, with regular video meetings with the rest of the team.

Qualifications:
A qualified candidate for this role will exhibit the following:

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • At least 3 years of experience with recruiting and hiring employees, with small business experience a plus
  • Prior experience working independently within an entrepreneurial environment a plus, ability to think creatively to accomplish outcomes with little to no tactical instruction
  • Experience creating job descriptions, ads and recruiting content

Compensation:
Part-time position paid at $600-$800 USD Monthly
