About the Position

2 Brothers Moving & Delivery is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Custodian to keep our residential property and company facilities clean, organized, and professional.

In this role, you will deep clean a residential home twice a week and maintain our office, warehouse, and gym for the rest of the week. We're looking for someone who takes real pride in their work and holds every space to a high standard.

Responsibilities

Residential Cleaning (Twice Weekly)

• Deep clean the entire home, including living areas, bedrooms, and kitchen
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, tubs, sinks, and floors
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and wipe down all surfaces
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Organize and tidy spaces as needed so the home stays fresh and well maintained

Office, Warehouse & Gym (Remaining Weekdays)

• Clean and maintain the office, warehouse, gym, restrooms, and common areas
• Keep the gym sanitary and presentable, including equipment and floors
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized
• Remove trash and keep disposal areas clean
• Keep cleaning supplies stocked and storage areas organized
• Spot areas that need extra attention and handle them without supervision
• Help maintain a professional, welcoming environment for employees, customers, and visitors

Qualifications

• Previous professional cleaning or custodial experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and high standards
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Able to work independently and manage your own schedule of tasks
• Able to follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Physically able to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods

Compensation & Benefits

• $25–$30 per hour, based on experience
• 20 hours a week

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20.0 per week
