We're hiring the founding sales reps for our new Bogotá office. You'll sell premium residential moving services to customers across the United States. Moving is stressful, and our customers call anxious; your job is to listen, solve their problem, and turn that anxiety into a booked move. There is no script here. If you're great on the phone precisely because you don't sound like a call center, this is your job.

You'll be on the ground floor of a team built around problem-solvers, helping shape the playbook in an office that will grow into a full operation, part of our vision of 10 locations by 2033.

In your first year, you will ramp to:

  • $1.25 million USD in annual booked revenue
  • A 45% conversion rate
  • An $1,800 average job size
  • Reviews collected on 45% of your jobs, protecting our 4.9-star Google rating

Responsibilities:

  • Consultative Sales - Take moving inquiries from first call to booked move: understand the customer, build the quote, and close
  • Outbound & Follow-Up - Work your pipeline relentlessly, including cold calls and follow-up on every open quote
  • Customer Experience - Follow up after the move, resolve issues, and earn the reviews and testimonials that protect our reputation
  • Process Discipline - Keep the CRM accurate, follow the sales process, and apply coaching immediately

This role reports directly to the Sales Manager.

Work Environment: Full-time, in-office in Bogotá. You'll work US Pacific Time business hours (2 to 3 hours behind Colombia: a late-morning start and an evening finish), with overtime during peak moving season.

Qualifications:

  • English at C1 level or better; every customer conversation is with US clients
  • A natural connector who listens, adapts, and solves rather than pushing a script
  • Resourcefulness: you figure things out and think on your feet
  • A sales result you're proud of and can prove with numbers, from any industry: retail, hospitality, tourism, B2B, anything real
  • Full comfort with outbound: cold calling and persistent follow-up
  • Hunger for the upward move and the growth that comes with a founding seat
  • Legal authorization to work in Colombia

Nice to have:

  • Experience working for a US company or selling to US customers
  • CRM experience
  • Moving, logistics, or home services background

Compensation: Total monthly compensation of $1,600 to $2,200 USD, structured as a base plus monthly commissions tied to your sales results. Placement within the range depends on experience and performance.
