RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead a team in the relocation of clients’ households
- Manage moving projects from start to finish of varying size
- Develop a plan for the customer, assign and communicate tasks to the crew, and lead by example.
- Provide a commitment to making the safety of our client’s belongings your #1 priority
- Adapt to obstacles and solve problems while balancing your safety, and the time and needs of our clients
- Ensure the welfare, safety, and success of your mover crew
- Using creative techniques and tools to reduce physical strain
- Consistently providing exceptional Customer Service and ensuring communication with clients and team
- Boosting team morale
REQUIREMENTS
- Exceptional customer service skills and communication
- Dependable, professional, and solution oriented
- Strong leadership skills
- Clean criminal background & driving record (3 years)
- Minimum age of 21 to be considered for commercial driving role
- No CDL Required
- Able to regularly lift 75 lbs without assistance, stand, bend, stoop and climb stairs
- Able to commute daily to NW Portland, OR
- Ability to travel inter-state for long distance moving projects
- Covid vaccinated
COMPENSATION
- $18.75 - 21/ Hour Starting Wage
- $200 per week cash tips on average
