2 Brothers Moving & Delivery currently has an opportunity for a full-time Client Services Coordinator. Our Coordinators are the shining voice of the company, the hub of the organization and play an instrumental role in coordinating what we do - move.

Role (duties):

This role will be asked to do the following functions on a regular basis:

  • Scheduling & Project Management (65%) - Assist a high volume of incoming client inquiries, pre-qualify and provide estimates to clients. Be a moving resource and consult on moving solutions with the client to create an accurate project outline. Follow moving projects through their lifecycle, from scheduling to briefing mover teams and follow-up with the client to ensure satisfaction.
  • Client Satisfaction (15%) - Provide post-move project follow-up and resolve issues, if any, for clients. Champion the 2Bros reputation online by gathering customer testimonials and 5 star reviews. Process claims for clients in a timely fashion, coordinating vendors and replacement parts to ensure 100% satisfaction.
  • Administrative Support (10%) - Process client receipts and payments, filing records and verifying correct paperwork is received from moving team leaders. 
  • Department Strategic Planning (10%) - Be an active and productive contributor to regular strategic and tactical meetings. Provide support and take ownership of departmental improvement projects.

This role reports directly to the Office Operations Manager.

The work environment:
The office team works side by side with our operations & warehouse team at our central office in downtown Industrial NW Portland. Primarily office work with occasional use of the warehouse is to be expected. The office involves heavy use of multi-line phones and multiple computer screens with a “command center” like feel. We’re passionate about being experts in our trade so all team members, movers and office alike, are cross-trained with regularly scheduled field trainings and workshops.

Qualifications:
A qualified candidate for this role will exhibit the following:

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail to process paperwork, create accurate project outlines and investigative skills to uncover pertinent details of moves
  • Demonstrated excellence working in client facing roles, preferably on the phone
  • Strong desire to regularly contribute and have your strategic ideas heard in an always growing and improving environment
  • Strong desire to contribute to the growth phase of a company that emphasizes culture and employee engagement

Compensation:
Compensation is $35,600 - $42,000  plus medical/dental/vision/chiropractic/massage benefits and paid time off.
